Prior to joining Longview in 2025, TJ headed Global Distribution at BNY Newton as a member of the executive committee. TJ joined Newton in 2024 as Global Head of Distribution responsible for driving international distribution strategies.
TJ has over two decades of experience in leading sizeable global distribution teams. He was previously Head of Sales and Distribution – UK, Europe and Asia at J O Hambro Capital Management, with responsibility for sales, marketing, product and client services. Before joining J O Hambro in 2021 TJ served as Head of Client Solutions – UK, Europe, Asia and Latin America at Aviva Investors, where he was responsible for setting commercial strategy in those regions as well as managing a number of global client channels. Prior to joining Aviva Investors in 2016, TJ held senior sales roles at Schroders and Columbia Threadneedle.
TJ has a BSc in Management Science and Masters in Business Studies, both from the University of Kent, Canterbury, and is a fluent Dutch, German and English speaker.
