Peter currently serves as President of Delta Capital Partners. He is also on the Management and Investment Committees of Delta and oversees capital market activities and international operations at the firm. Peter is a Founding Partner and member of the Investment Committee of Metric Capital Partners, a Special Situations Fund focused on European investments. Peter is based in Guernsey.

Previously, Peter has served as a Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee of Terra Firma Capital Partners, a large European-based private equity firm, where he oversaw stakeholder and investor relations, and the firm’s relationship with regulators, governments, banks and the media.

Peter began his professional career at the law firm of Clifford Chance, where he served as Global Managing Partner of the firm for a number of years.

Andrew worked at Close Brothers Group plc between 2002 and 2011, and was latterly Head of Offshore Businesses. Andrew led the creation of Close Private Bank, which provided asset management, banking, and administration services to high net worth and institutional clients.

Following the sale of Close Brothers’ offshore division in 2011, Andrew has acted as a Director on the boards of a number of funds, investment managers and other financial services companies. Prior to working at Close Brothers, Andrew spent four years working in HSBC’s Corporate Finance division and three years as a Fund Manager with Baring Private Equity Partners.

Andrew obtained his MA in Modern History from St John’s College, Oxford University. Andrew is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Ranjani Kearsley

Ranjani has over 20 years’ experience in senior HR and strategy roles in the investment management sector including mutual funds, private equity and asset management.

Prior to joining B-FLEXION (formerly Waypoint Capital) in 2021 as Head of People, Ranjani was the Head of HR for Eight Roads (a PE Venture and Principal Investing platform) and CHRO for Fidelity International.

Ranjani has a degree in Economics and Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and is a Trustee of the Charitable Foundation of the Guild of HR Professionals.

Panicos (Pani) has worked in the Jersey finance industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining B-FLEXION (Jersey) Limited in 2013, he held a managerial role at a regulated trust company and was a tax consultant at KPMG. Pani is responsible for the company secretarial and corporate administration of the Jersey entities within the Northill Group.

Pani is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). He is also a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and holds the IoD Diploma in Company Direction (with Distinction).

Jo Peacegood

Jo has over 20 years of experience in the investment management sector, including Listed Funds, Private Equity, Third Party Service Providers and Asset Managers.

Prior to embarking on a career as a Non-Executive Director, Jo was an Audit Engagement Leader at PwC for over eight years and worked at PwC for over 20 years in the Channel Islands, UK and Canada. Jo was responsible for the audits of a portfolio of Asset Management Clients, including Premium listings and privately regulated GFSC/FCA/JFSC vehicles.

Jo also held a number of other leadership roles at PwC, including Risk & Quality, Controls Assurance and Innovation & Technology. Jo is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also holds a BA in Accounting. Jo is Chair of the Guernsey Investment & Fund Association Executive Committee and also sits on the Guernsey International Business Association Council. Jo resides in Guernsey.

Having joined Longview in 2016, Kate spent five years as Finance Director of Longview Partners (Guernsey) Ltd. In January 2022, Kate also took on the role of Managing Director of Longview Partners (Guernsey) and remains as an Executive Director on the Board of Longview Partners (Guernsey) Ltd.

Prior to joining Longview, Kate spent six years working for the Government of Ras Al Khaimah (United Arab Emirates), including two years as Head of Finance for Ras Al Khaimah Development LLC and three years as Head of Finance for the Investment and Development Office (the entity responsible for the Government’s investments, credit rating & sovereign debt).

Prior to this, Kate worked at Aviva (UK), Dell (UAE), Global Strategies (UAE) and the Audit Commission (UK) in finance and audit related roles. Kate started her career as an accountant in the UK. Kate is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and has an MBA from Bayes Business School.
