Prior to joining Longview in 2021, Lucy spent four years at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. LLP (KKR) as Vice President, Human Capital, EMEA, and four years at Blackstone International Partners LLP (Blackstone) as HR Associate, EMEA.
She also spent two years in between these two roles at PJT Partners (UK) Limited (PJT), an advisory boutique. Lucy obtained a BA in French and Spanish from Exeter University and holds the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management.
