Prior to joining Longview in 2002, Mark obtained his MA in Mathematics from Queens’ College, Cambridge University.
Mark has spent his Longview career in the Business Optimisation and Portfolio Risk Analysis Team, focused on collaborating across the firm to achieve business solutions as well as portfolio risk oversight.
In 2021, Mark was appointed Chair of the LLP Risk Committee, overseeing all risk matters within Longview Partners LLP.

Previously, Prags was Head of Market Risk Technology for Standard Bank. Prags holds a BSc in Computer Science from King's College London.

Fergus is Head of Compliance at Longview Partners. Prior to joining Longview in April 2024, Fergus was Head of Compliance at Pelham Capital Ltd for six years, and Compliance Officer at Odey Asset Management LLP for 10 years. His experience has included a combination of both industry and regulatory positions, including Head of Compliance – Europe & Asia for the multi-strategy hedge fund manager Highbridge Capital Management, and five years with the UK Financial Services Authority (now the FCA) in both the Enforcement and Supervision departments. Fergus earned his LLM in Commercial Law from the Queen Mary University of London.
