Having joined Longview in 2012, Emma worked as Financial Controller before becoming CFO in 2020. Before that, Emma spent three years at Oriel Securities Ltd as Financial Accountant.
Before this, she worked at Moore Stephens LLP for three years as an Audit Senior. Emma is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Prior to commencing her accountancy qualification, Emma studied at Exeter University gaining her BA in Accounting and Finance.
Jaskiran Major
Investment Operations
Prior to joining Longview in 2020, Jaskiran worked at Cavendish Asset Management for 13 years, most recently as an Operations and Middle Office Analyst since 2017.
Before this, Jaskiran worked in Performance and Settlements Management.
She has obtained an MSci in Mathematics for Applications from Royal Holloway, University of London and a BSc in Mathematics with Operational Research also from Royal Holloway, University of London.
Lucy-Ellen Berwick
Head of Human Resources
Prior to joining Longview in 2021, Lucy spent four years at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. LLP (KKR) as Vice President, Human Capital, EMEA, and four years at Blackstone International Partners LLP (Blackstone) as HR Associate, EMEA.
She also spent two years in between these two roles at PJT Partners (UK) Limited (PJT), an advisory boutique. Lucy obtained a BA in French and Spanish from Exeter University and holds the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management.
Peter Collis
Compliance Assistant
Prior to joining Longview’s Compliance team in 2024, Peter spent two years working in Compliance at Britannia Global Markets and Somerset Capital Management.
Before this, Peter completed the Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University after obtaining a BA in Philosophy from King’s College London.
Will Fish
Client Services
Prior to joining Longview in 2017, William spent six years as a Planning & Development Surveyor and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
He obtained a BSc in Property Management and Investment from the University of the West of England.
Sarah Wilson
Accounts Assistant
Prior to joining Longview in 2017, Sarah spent two years at Ronin Trading LLP as an Accounts Assistant. Before this, she worked at GForces Web Management Ltd as an Accounts Assistant also for two years. She is currently studying towards her ACCA qualification.
